Starter 4 Essential Oil Set
Four of our most popular Essential Oils: Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint and Lemon.
100% Pure Essential Oils in 10ml bottles.
This set is perfect for a home first aid kit or for someone wanting to learn about aromatherapy, or those wishing to restock the most frequently used oils. These are 4 of the most popular oils used in aromatherapy. All our oils are 100% pure and individually sourced.
Lavender : Antiseptic, stimulating and relaxing. It only takes around 5 drops in the bath to help you sleep easier. Very good for relieving the stinging sensation caused by burns, bites and nettle stings (dilute with a carrier oil, 25% Lavender to 75% oil, can be mixed with vegetable oil if that is all you have in the house, Sweet Almond or Olive oil are better).
Tea Tree (Ti Tree) : An antiseptic. kills bacteria, fungi & viruses. Can also be used as an insecticide. Has a medicinal but refreshing smell. Good for acne (mix 2 drops into a sink of water, before washing face). Scent increases in strength during evaporation in water or an oil burner, so often 2 drops is enough.
Peppermint : A strong and soothing minty aroma, Peppermint essential oil contains a lot of menthol which makes it very refreshing and stimulating. The cooling menthol aroma is good for providing relief from a blocked nose while helping to clear the head and alleviate mental fatigue.
Lemon : This strong, tangy citrus essential oil is stimulating and invigorating. Lemon is used by aromatherapists for a range of things since it is astringent, antiseptic and deodorising – properties that make it great for creating natural home cleaning products.
