Epsom Salt (in a range of sizes)
Use these salts in the bath with a few drops of essential oils to revive and relax tired aching muscles. Great when used after sports or exercise.
Instructions for use:
Dissolve the salts in a warm bath of 38-40 degrees. For skin health and well being add half to one cup (approximately 100g-250g) to your bath, to help soften and soothe dry and itchy skin. Then relax and soak for 25 minutes.
Foot bath instructions:
Dissolve half to two cups (100g-500g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approximately 38 degrees. Then relax and soak your feet up for up to 20-25 minutes.

Do not apply to skin undiluted.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not use on children, when pregnant, or while on medication.
Keep out of reach from children.
Do not use essential oils instead of seeing a doctor for medical advice.
