Yes, all our Essential Oils are covered by our Pure Oil Promise, this means that we check our oils are of the highest quality and all oils are exactly what you would expect them to be.

At the moment we only ship within the Uk and non EU countries, we are trying to find a way to reliably comply with all necessary regulations but at the moment this just isn't possible.

As much as we would love to have your order in your hands within minutes of you order, we do, unfortunatley have to give you realistic expectations as to when your order will be with you.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail but we do send all orders tracked.

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number, it will also by updated in your online account, just click this tracking number and it will transport you to Royal Mail's website where you will be able to see where on it's journey it is.

Firstly, we're sorry that you've receoved a damaged item, of course, we want your items to arrive with you in the condition they left us but we know, sometimes, there are damages.

If you receive your item damaged then first of all, be careful, there may be sharp glass pieces in the packaging.

Second, ensure any oil that has leaked from the package is fully cleaned up.

If you could now please take a picture of the packaging, preferably showing the address label, as well as the damaged item(s) and then contact us using the form below and we'll get it sorted out for you.

Some oils are thicker than other and we use different dripper inserts for some oils, however, if they are cold they may be slower to drip out of the bottle.

Try warming your bottle of oil up in your hands or pocket (don't use hot water or anything else) and then, without shaking the bottle just tip fully up and hold, the air will take a little while to enter the bottle to displace the oil but it will happen, just give it a little longer.
